General Shipping Information

Received orders are generally shipped same day if received before 4:00pm central time..

Delivery times may vary as orders may ship from more than one location, and certain items could take up to 3 weeks for delivery (although this has not occurred). Item delivery times quoted are to metropolitan areas; shipments to remote locations may also take longer. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. Deliveries outside the Continental U.S. may accrue additional shipping fees, in this case we will contact you with the amount before shipping the product/s.

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days from the date received.* The item must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return. Please tell us why you are returning our product, so that we can continue to improve our service.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via UPS or FedEx. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.

When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited when the returned item is physically received back in our store (unless qualifying arrangements are made in advance) once your return is processed, please retain to ensure proper credit. When exchanging an item, you will see a credit to your original pay method for the returned item and a charge for the new item, plus shipping and handling.

Return Policy for Missing, Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item Sent

If an item is missing, damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us by phone at 281-717-4060 or email us at within 30 days upon receipt of the package so that our customer care specialists can explain what steps need to be taken. After 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer about defective or damaged merchandise.

Subscription Services Terms

Subscription services may only be canceled once per calendar year. In some instances a second cancellation may be necessary which can be approved by calling 281-717-4060. Subscription service 'skipping' is limited to one use per calendar year. In some instances more than one 'skip' can be used and approved by calling 281-717-4060. Subscription service applications are still in their youth so some features may not prohibit someone from using them more than once, in which case you will be contacted by email, phone or other means of communication. If Subscription cancelations and/or skip' method has been used more than once by the same addressee or person/s in a calendar year, we will notify you that your order has been canceled and we will issue a full refund for the amount of the order that has exceeded our 'Subscription Services Terms'. You will then have the option to resubmit your order under your original subscription. Multiple Subscription submittals through to the same person/s, addresses, and/or both within one calendar year is prohibited. By signing up for our provided Subscription Services you are granting an already assumed right to Everything Pet LLC to adjust, change or edit your current, canceled or previous subscription. When this does take place we will notify you by email, phone or other means of the exact changes made to your account.

Fraud (Internet Crime)

Knowingly manipulating any system which involves the exchange of goods, services or monies for long term or short term financial gain or a gain of other means not listed here, is illegal and can be considered theft which is punishable by law.
